Support and complaints

To report an inappropriate listing or conversation, use its in-app Report option. You can block a user using the available safety controls.

Include a short explanation and the listing link or relevant screen. Use your registered contact details when the complaint concerns your account. We may need reasonable proof that a request relates to you. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or unnecessary identity documents.
